How to find people in the Platform

Admins can search for users in Thrive using the search bar at the top of the page or by accessing the Manage users screen for a complete list of users.

To find users from the Manage users screen:

  1. In the Thrive side menu, go to Manage > Users.

    The Manage users screen appears with a list of users on your Thrive instance.

  2. Under Browse users, use the Search bar to find a specific user.

To edit user details, go to > Edit next to the user.

Note:

If users are added via a data feed or CSV upload, manual edits may be overwritten the next time the feed runs.

You can also find colleagues by enabling the People block on your homepage. This feature helps you connect with:

  • Experts: Users who have marked themselves as "Skilled" in a topic of interest to you.

  • Collaborators: Users with shared interests.
