Customising the login page messages allows you to create a more welcoming and informative first impression for your users. Whether you want to reinforce your organisation’s tone of voice, provide clearer instructions for login-related actions, or support users in multiple languages, these custom messages help ensure a smoother, more personalised experience right from the start.

Customising Login Message

  1. In the Thrive menu, go to Configure > Custom messages.

  2. The following customisable login sections are available:

    • Login page welcome: The welcome text users see when landing on the login screen.

    • Forgotten username: The message shown when users request a reminder for their username.

    • Request for activation: The message displayed when a user requests account activation.

    • Request password reset: The message shown when a password reset is requested.

    • SSO login button: The text shown on the single sign-on button (if enabled).

  3. Click Save.

Your custom login messages are now live and visible to users on the login screen.

Multi-Language Support

If your site supports multiple languages, you can create a language-specific version for each message. Use the Language preview dropdown in the top-right corner of the Custom Messages screen to switch between languages.

The login page automatically detects the user’s browser language and displays the appropriate version of each message.
