Administrators in Thrive can customise the login experience for users by controlling the displayed login options. This helps eliminate confusion and reduce login-related support requests by ensuring users only see relevant authentication methods.
The available login options can be configured at both the tenant and subtenant levels and will apply to both the web and mobile versions of Thrive.
Login Visibility Options
Thrive supports the following login visibility configurations:
SSO: Only the single sign-on (SSO) login button is displayed. Manual login options will be hidden.
Manual: Only the manual login button (username and password) is displayed. SSO options will be hidden.
Combined (default): Both manual and SSO login options are displayed if SSO is enabled. If SSO is disabled, only the manual login option is shown.
Off: No login buttons are displayed. This option is typically used during implementation before the platform is live.
Considerations
Changes to login visibility settings apply to both web and mobile platforms.
If login visibility is set to Off, users will not be able to access the platform until a different option is enabled.
Ensure that users are informed of any changes to their login experience to prevent confusion.
