Why am I not receiving an activation code?

Account activation codes will be sent for all manual accounts requested using a valid registered email address. If you are not receiving the code, please check the following:

    • User is entering the correct registered email address.

    • The email has not been delivered to Spam.

    • The email has not been filtered using rules or a whitelist.

    • The email has not been quarantined by your mail service provider/IT team.

    • If you’ve received any email with noreply@mail.learn.link as the from address.

Our logs let us know if the email has been delivered and this is confirmation that the email has landed in the registered user’s mailbox.

If you or your users login in to the platform using Single Sign On (SSO), there is no need to activate your account. You will be automatically signed in to the platform as soon as you access the site url. We have a mechanism in place to prevent activation emails being sent if an account is set up for SSO.
