Feature | Overview |
|---|---|
Audience based enrolment | Thrive allows content to be shared, assigned and restricted to certain audiences to allow for targeted training. Campaigns can also be audience specific. |
Audience manager permissions | Thrive allows you to appoint one or many users to be an audience manager for a given audience. Each audience manager can have certain permissions toggled on or off for each of their specified audience which will enable them to do things such as see insights and reports, approval tasks and goals, create and edit individual goals for their teams, and assign learning content. |
Structures | Structures enable you to group and nest audiences together, before then being able to delegate permissions to manage and create audiences. A Structure itself is just like a Smart Audience and has the same rule builder. These rules will determine who can be added to audiences that sit in that Structure. Structures can be helpful for organisations with different geographical regions, different business units, or sub-brands within a parent company. |
Site Administrator | A site admin has access to everything on the platform such as user information and all data. They can also perform all actions, including configurations and the removal or editing of any content and comments added to the platform. |
Learning Administrator | A Learning Administrator is able to view all content, as well as endorse content and manage audiences without needing to make them a full site administrator. |
Multi domain tenants | Got multiple brands that need separately designed platforms? No problem! We allow you to create multiple variations of your Learning & Skills Platform, assign users to separate brands and share content across all your domains. |
