Platform Integrations brings every connected tool into one place. Admins choose which services – calendars, email, HR systems – are switched on for the organisation and exactly where they're used. Users then connect the tools they already rely on, from Google Calendar to Microsoft Teams, in just a few clicks.
What's New
A single admin screen for every integration: From Configure > Platform integrations, admins see every external service Thrive can connect to, grouped as Calendars, Email, and HRIS, and can turn each one on or off for the whole organisation. Opening an integration's own management screen (e.g., Manage Google Calendar) shows a Feature access section, where admins choose which areas of Thrive – such as Mentoring, Hub, and Events – can use it.
A dedicated Integrations screen for users: Every user gets their own Integrations screen (Settings > Integrations), where they can see what's connected, connect a new service, or disconnect one. Selecting an integration shows a Used in list of the areas it powers before they commit to connecting it.
How It Works
An admin turns on an integration and sets its Feature access from Configure > Platform integrations.
Once enabled, users see the integration on their own Integrations screen and can connect it themselves, starting the relevant authentication flow.
Users with more than one calendar connected can choose which is their primary, for availability and session invites.
Disconnecting is done from the user's own Integrations screen – removing a related widget elsewhere in Thrive doesn't disconnect the integration itself.
