Thrive Analyse

Thrive Analyse is Thrive’s package of in-platform reporting. It comprises a number of different dashboards, giving admins and managers with the insights permission the power to view and interpret a wide range of different data related to their organisation. The dashboards included in Thrive Analyse are detailed below.

Thrive Analyse AI

An additional add on to the Thrive Analyse package, empowering your managers to create data visuals using natural language prompts.

Thrive Analyse AI is available at additional cost.

Content Management Dashboard

Includes metrics such as content engagement, campaigns, flagged content, searches, and comments. Enables managers and platform administrators to understand what is working well on the platform, and potential content gaps which can be used to inform future strategy and plans.

Leadership Dashboard

Provides managers and administrators with a customisable overview of learning compliance and engagement metrics, including views, durations, social interactions, content discovery methods, and trending topics.

Team Dashboard

Gives people managers an overview of their learner's performance in the platform. It includes information such as progress against assigned learning, content completions, progress through pathways and tasks in pathways, pass/fail statistics and question level detail

Events Dashboard

An overview of past and future event performance and visibility of waitlists. This dashboard is particularly useful for customers who run lots of both online and offline events which are organised and monitored through their Thrive platform.

Talent Development Dashboard

See how people across your organisation are performing. How many skills have they added, and how are they progressing through these skills levels? Has everyone added goals and associated tasks? Are the relevant colleagues logging and completing their CPD requirements? All this and more is available as part of the Talent Development Dashboard.

Manager’s Digest

Managers can receive an automated weekly digest to inform them who in their direct team, and indirect if they have one, is outstanding or over due on essential learning.

Manager’s Dashboard

Managers will have access to a teams dashboard which will allow them to keep track of their teams activity and compliance progress. This includes the ability to view what events your team has signed up for, monitor CPD entries, track who is the most engaged and also assign learning.
