The Leadership Dashboard is a reporting tool that provides people managers and administrators with a customizable, high-level snapshot of learning compliance. It allows users to segment, filter, and drill down into specific metrics relevant to their responsibilities.
Accessing the Leadership Dashboard
To access the Leadership Dashboard, in your Thrive instance, go to Dashboard > Insights > Leadership Dashboard.
The Leadership Dashboard opens on the Assigned Learning screen, providing data on open, overdue, and completed assignments, giving an overview of learning across the organization.

If the Leadership Dashboard doesn’t appear, zoom out or click the < arrow to collapse the left-hand menu.
Filtering the Leadership Dashboard
To refine and view detailed data on users within audiences you have permission to access, use the filters at the top of the Leadership Dashboard to segment or isolate specific views. By default, administrators see all open, overdue, and completed assignments.
To filter the Leadership Dashboard by audience:
Click Audience Name (Select).
A list of the organization’s audiences appears:In the Include tab, select one or more audiences to display assigned content for, or click the Exclude tab to filter out specific audiences.
Note:
To add multiple filters at once, click + Add values in bulk. Paste a comma- or colon-separated list into the Add values in bulk text box, then click Add values.
Click Apply.
The Leadership Dashboard updates to show data for the selected audience(s).

Creating Alerts
To set an alert for a metric, hover over it and click the bell icon.
To create an alert for overdue assignments:
In the Create alert window, select one of the following alert types:
Threshold: Sends alerts when specific criteria are met
Scheduled: Sends alerts at a set time or interval
In Alert name, enter a name for the alert.
If you selected Threshold, configure the following:
Condition: Define the rule that triggers the alert (for example, when a value is Greater than a set threshold).
Threshold value: Set the numerical value that triggers the alert.
Example:
If the condition is Greater than and the Threshold value is 0.15, an alert is sent when more than 15% of assignments are overdue.
If you selected Scheduled:
In the How often dropdown menu, select the alert frequency.
To the right of the dropdown menu, enter the time (UTC) to send the alert.
(Optional) To send alerts on weekends, deselect Don’t send on weekends.
In Add subscribers, enter the email addresses of the users who should receive the alert.
(Optional) Select Add custom message and enter a message to include in the alert notification.
Click Create alert.
The alert is now active. Subscribers will receive a notification when the threshold is met or at the scheduled time.
Viewing Incomplete Assignments
To view an actionable list of incomplete assignments, both overdue and open, scroll down to the bottom of the Leadership Dashboard.
To export the table to XLSX, CSV, or PDF:
Hover above the table and go to More (…) > Download.
In the Download Answer window, select the desired file format.
Click Download.
The file is now downloaded to your device.
My People Tab
The My People tab displays information about all users included in the applied filter(s). For example, if you filtered the Leadership Dashboard to show data for specific audiences, My People will list users from those audiences.
My People provides insights such as the number of users who logged in this month, those who didn’t, and a detailed table of all users.
