Structures provide a method for grouping and nesting audiences together. They offer a more scalable way to organise audiences and delegate management permissions within complex organisations.
Organisation and hierarchy: Structures allow you to organise scattered audiences into a clear hierarchy.
Delegated management: They allow you to assign permissions (using the Structure Admin role) to various teams, enabling them to manage and create audiences only within their delegated structure.
Structure rules: Like Smart Audiences, a Structure uses the same rule builder to define its overall user membership. Any audience moved into a Structure will automatically have its membership filtered by the Structure's rules.
"Everyone" audience: Each new Structure automatically creates a corresponding audience that includes all members of that Structure, acting as a convenient "Everyone" audience for that delegated area.
