Notifications are automated messages sent by Thrive to keep you informed about important platform activity and events. User preferences are the settings that allow you to control which of these messages you receive and how often.
The table below outlines the full range of notifications sent across Thrive, categorising them by the specific action that triggers the alert.
Note:
If assigned content is incomplete, learners will receive automated notifications 14, 7, and 1 day before the due date, as well as on the due day itself.

System notifications can only be turned off if ALL notifications are turned off using the 'Enable notifications' options. Please note that this toggle will turn off all notifications regardless of settings.
