Manage Content is your central administration area for overseeing all learning materials on your Thrive platform. From here, you can view, organise, and track every piece of content available to your users.

Managing Content in Thrive

To access Manage Content, in the Thrive menu, go to Manage > Content.

The Manage Content screen is divided into two tabs:

  • Published: Content that is currently live and accessible to users.

  • Archived: Content that has been removed from view. Only the author and admins can access archived content.

Viewing and Editing Published Content

The table lists all content on your platform. Each row shows the following details:

Column

Details

Title

The name of the content item.

Content Type

The format of the content, such as link, article, or video.

Author

The Thrive user who created or uploaded the content.

Published

The date the content was created or uploaded.

Last Viewed

How long ago a user last viewed the content.

Activity

The number of views, likes, shares, and comments on the content. Hover over each icon to see the count.

Archiving and Deleting Content

Archive content to hide it from users without permanently removing it. Archived content can be permanently deleted at any time.

To archive content:

  1. In the Published tab, on the table, select the checkbox to the left of each content item you want to archive.

  2. Click Archive in the toolbar at the top of the screen.

  3. In the confirmation window, click Archive to confirm.

The content is now archived and only accessible to the author and admins. A confirmation message will appear once the content has been archived.

To delete content:

  1. In the Archived tab, on the table, click for the content you want to delete.

  2. Click Delete.

The content is now permanently deleted from Thrive.
