FAQs for Spaces

How do I interact with colleagues within a Space?

Once you enter a Space, you can use the Social Feed to engage with others. This area allows for social learning through discussion, knowledge sharing, and teamwork centred around the specific theme of that Space.

Who manages the resources found inside a Space?

Spaces are managed by Super Admins. They are responsible for curating the resources, managing membership, and ensuring the content remains relevant and up-to-date for the specific team or interest group.

What's the difference between public and private Spaces?

Private Spaces are controlled by Space admins. Admins decide who can access the Space and manage all members. Users can only find and join private Spaces if they've been added by an admin.

Public Spaces are open to everyone in your organisation. Any user can find them through search or Kiki, join instantly, and leave whenever they like. Admins can only add or remove other admins – they don't manage regular members. Public Spaces are perfect for company-wide information, new starter resources, or social groups that anyone should be able to access.

You can switch a Space between public and private at any time as your needs change.

Is there a file size limit for uploads in Spaces?

Yes — the maximum file size for uploads in Spaces is 1GB.

How do I leave a Space?

Open the Space and click on the Joined button in the top right. Click Leave Space to leave.

Why do Super Admins not see the options to leave a Space?

Because Super Admins have access to everything in the platform, presenting them with the option to Leave a Space may cause confusion as they will still have visibility over it due to their level of access.
