Analyse with AI allows super admins to ask natural-language questions about Thrive Analyse data and receive structured insights, risk indicators, and recommended actions. Instead of manually navigating dashboards and filters, you can explore your data conversationally and get intelligent analysis automatically.
Note:
Analyse with AI is a paid feature. To use it, you'll need an active subscription. You can start a free trial, buy a subscription, or book a meeting directly from the Analyse with AI screen.
Accessing Analyse with AI
To access Analyse with AI, on the Thrive menu, go to Insights > Analyse with AI.
The Analyse with AI page opens with an introduction to HAL 9000, your AI analyst, and a question input field where you can ask business questions about your data.
Asking Questions
Analyse with AI can answer questions across multiple data domains including Assigned Learning, Skills, Activity & Engagement, Completions, and Events.
To ask a question:
In the question input field, type your question in natural language. Examples:
"Which learners are at risk of missing mandatory learning?"
"What skills does my team have and where are the gaps?"
"Which users are most engaged on the platform?"
"What events have high cancellation or low attendance?"
Click the send icon or press Enter.
Analyse with AI determines which datasets are relevant and begins investigating your question automatically.
Understanding Results
Analyse with AI provides transparent, explainable insights including:
Clear summaries of what is happening in your data
Key metrics and breakdowns specific to your question
Identified risks and contributing factors that may require attention
Root-cause insights explaining why issues are occurring
Recommended actions prioritised by impact
The system shows you which datasets are being queried and how it reaches its conclusions, allowing you to understand why an insight has been surfaced.

Analyse with AI is currently available to super admins only.
Insight quality reflects your data quality – missing profile or manager data will be surfaced as findings.
Analyse with AI provides insight and guidance, not enforcement.
The system uses the same underlying data you see in other Thrive Analyse dashboards.
Subscribing to Analyse with AI
Analyse with AI is a paid feature for super admins. When you open a screen where it isn't yet active, you'll see an introduction to what it does and the options to get access.
You have three options:
Start a free trial: Try Analyse with AI free for 30 days, with no card details required. The trial activates instantly for all super admins. When it ends, you'll need to subscribe to continue.
Buy a subscription: Choose who gets access – all admins or named admins – then pay by card to activate Analyse with AI straight away. Subscriptions are billed annually, up front.
Book a meeting: Talk it through with your account team first. Your details are shared with them so they can pick up the conversation with context.
