Content is every piece of learning material on your platform – articles, videos, files, links, quizzes, and e-learning modules – most of it built using Content Creator, a single editor that combines text, media, and other blocks into one item. Each item is also assigned a content type, such as Article, Quiz, or E-learning, which sets its label and lets learners filter for it across the platform.
The Content Screen
To access the Content screen, in the Thrive menu, go to Manage > Content.
The screen is split into two tabs:
Published: Content that is currently live and accessible to users.
Archived: Content that has been removed from view. Only the author and admins can access it.
Click the eye icon (👁︎) above the table to choose which columns are shown. Each column shows the following details:
Column | Details |
|---|---|
Title | Name of the content item |
Content Type | Format of the content, such as link, article, or video |
Author | Thrive user who created or uploaded the content |
Audiences | Audience(s) the content is shared with. A count is shown if there’s more than one audience. |
Users | Individual users the content is shared with |
Published | Date the content was created or uploaded |
Last Viewed | How long ago a user last viewed the content |
Activity | Number of views, likes, shares, and comments on the content. Hover over each icon to see the count. |
Use the funnel icon to filter the list – by Only Endorsed, Author, Audience, User, Content Type, Skill, and more, on their own or in combination.
