The CPD tab gives leaders and managers visibility into Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activity across their teams, including progress against required hours, the online/offline split, and category breakdowns.
Summary
How close are we to meeting our required hours?: Total CPD hours completed divided by total hours required, with a completed/remaining/required breakdown. Completed hours are capped at each user's required amount, so over-achievers don't skew the percentage.
How many people are meeting their required hours?: The percentage and number of users who have met their required hours, with a completed/in-progress/not-started breakdown.
Trends
Total hours, activities, and users with CPD activity by month. Unlike the Summary section, hours here are uncapped, so these figures can differ from the percentages above.
Online vs Offline
Is CPD primarily completed online or offline?: The split of total CPD hours, users, and activity between online and offline. Hours here are also uncapped and include both types of activity for any user who has logged both.

Users with Data Share enabled can query CPD tables directly in their own Snowflake or Amazon S3 environment and join them to other learning outcome data for deeper analysis.
