The Goals tab gives leaders and managers a dedicated view of goal-setting and completion across their teams, helping you measure outcomes rather than just activity.
Headline Metrics
How many users have goals?: The percentage and number of users who have at least one goal set.
How many goals are complete?: The percentage and number of goals completed, with an open/overdue breakdown. Completed goals are marked as either on time or late, based on the due date.
How many tasks are complete?: The percentage and number of tasks completed, with an open/not-yet-started breakdown.
How regularly are goals created and completed?: Two running totals by month – goals and users creating goals, and goals and users completing goals – viewable at a daily, weekly, or monthly level. This visual always shows all data, regardless of the date filter selected.
How can I engage users?: A table of recommended actions per user in relation to their goals (for example, "No goals"), alongside a parallel view of recommended actions per user in relation to tasks. This also always shows all data, regardless of the date filter selected.
What Are the Details Behind Each Goal and Task?
