FCT_COMPLIANCE_SERVICE_ENROLMENTS relates to assigned learning. It can be joined to DIM_CONTENT_SERVICE_CONTENTS on Primary Content ID, many to 1, to show content items which are assigned. It can join to DIM_USER_SERVICE_USERS on User ID, many to 1, to show which users have assigned learning. It can also join to FCT_COMPLIANCE_SERVICE_ASSIGNMENTS on Assignment ID, many to 1, to information about the assignment such as alternative content ids or recurrence
One row per Tenant ID, per User ID, per Primary Content ID to be returned. Priority is dependant upon status (open, overdue, schedule and completed superceed archived), then ordered by Due Date ASC, Available Date ASC and Last Completed At DESC
