This guide will show you how to create a "Trending" block for your homepage. This block displays content that is currently popular on your site based on recent views.

Note:

This block may show older content if it is still receiving a high number of views.

Creating a “Trending” Homepage Block

  1. On your homepage, click the configuration icon to enter Editing Mode.

  2. In Editing Mode, click Add another block.

  3. In New content block, give your new block a name.

  4. In the Block Type dropdown, select Trending.

  5. Filter options:

    • Tags to show: You can choose to show content associated with a specific tag.

    • Content types to show: You can filter the content by its type (for example, articles, videos, courses).

  6. Set content visibility:

    • Show content shared with user: Select this option to only display content that has been shared with the user.

    • Show content that is popular with team: Choose to show content that is popular with the user's team.

    • Show only endorsed content: Filter the block to only show content that has been endorsed.

  7. Click SAVE to save your changes.

Your new "Trending" block is now ready and will display popular content on your homepage.
