How To Create A Webinar

This guide will walk you through the steps to create a webinar in your platform. You'll learn how to set up details, add a URL, and configure the necessary settings to ensure your webinar runs smoothly. Whether you're hosting a live or sharing an online learning experience, this process will help you get started.

  1. In your Thrive instance, go to an event.

  2. On the event page, click MANAGE.

  3. Click + Add alternative event.

  4. Add a Label to your event.

  5. Under Session details, toggle Webinar on.

  6. In Enter address here, enter the URL for the webinar instead of a physical location.

  7. Click + Click to add date to select and add the event date.

  8. Enter the Start Time and End Time for the event.

  9. Click CREATE EVENT.

The webinar has been successfully created. You can now manage the event, invite participants, and ensure everything is set up for a smooth and engaging session.
