How to create multiple occurrences of an event

If your spans multiple dates or recurring sessions, Thrive allows you to easily create multiple occurrences. This guide will walk you through the process of setting up additional sessions, ensuring attendees can sign up for the entire series and participate in all scheduled dates.

To create multiple occurrences of an event:

  1. On the page of the event you want to add more occurrences to, click MANAGE.

  2. On the Management Area screen for the event, click + Add alternative event.

  3. Enter the relevant Occurrence details and Session details for the new occurrence of the event.

  4. Click CREATE EVENT.

The new occurrence of the event appears on the Management Area screen for the event.

On the event page, users can click SIGN UP to register for any of the occurrences of the event.
