How to give Kudos Recognition on skills

Recognising colleagues for their skills is a great way to show appreciation and encourage growth. In Thrive, you can give kudos to acknowledge someone's expertise or progress in a particular skill.

Giving Kudos to a Colleague in Thrive:

Go to the profile of the person you want to recognise.
On the left-hand side of their profile, you’ll see a list of skills they are developing or have mastered.
Click the heart icon within the skill box to celebrate a skill they excel in.
Click Give Recognition.
Enter a comment to personalise your kudos, then click SAVE.

Kudos and comments appear under the Recognition section of the user’s profile.

Viewing Recognition for Yourself

At the bottom of the side bar, click View profile.
In your Skills section, you will see the kudos you received for each skill. Further down, the number to the right of Recognition shows your total received kudos.
Click the > arrow.

All your recognitions and comments are displayed.
