Team Progress Dashboard
The Team Progress dashboard now empowers line managers and administrators with actionable insights into their team's learning journey and performance. This streamlined interface brings critical data and analytics to the forefront, enabling managers to track assigned learning, analyse content completions (both assigned and organic), monitor badge achievements, and understand overall team activity. It helps identify progress, trends, and areas for development across both direct and indirect reports, driving team success.

Other Enhancements
People Managers can now approve task evidence from learners within their assigned audience. This capability helps decentralize learning management by empowering additional leaders to actively support learner development and progress through goals and learning pathways.

To support diverse global teams, pathway titles and descriptions can now be manually translated in Thrive. This enables unified multilingual content management, eliminating the need for duplicated pathways and resulting in cleaner data and a seamless experience for learners worldwide.
Managers can now manually enrol their direct reports into events.
Kiki has been enhanced with Learner Profile Context. It now gains a deeper understanding of users' role, skills, topics, and Goals, enabling it to provide more relevant, personalised, and effective support with smarter, role-aware answers.

You can now easily filter your completed learnings on your Skills page using the new date dropdown menu. This improves the learner experience by making it easier to navigate and review progress.
You can now automatically send reminders leading up to assignment due dates. Reminders can be configured for 14 days, 7 days, 1 day, or on the due day itself, helping to ensure learners complete their assigned content on time.

Mobile App
Goals functionality is now available directly on the mobile app Learn page. This allows users to easily view and complete their assigned goals from their mobile device, providing an intuitive and seamless experience without needing to switch to the web app.
The Campaign page has been updated with a new visual design, including a refreshed campaign banner and new content cards.
The Search page in the Thrive mobile app has been refreshed to align with the redesigned app experience, providing a more consistent and modern look. The search bar now leverages Intelligent Search capabilities, offering more relevant and accurate results.
We've enhanced the mobile app to ensure seamless layout and text direction for Right-to-Left (RTL) languages, providing a consistent user experience.
Event cards now prominently display the location, date, and time of the first event occurrence, providing key details at a glance for easier event discovery.
