Hub Configuration allows Super Admins to control whether Hub is available to your organisation and manage which widgets users can add to their personal Hub.
To access Hub Configuration, go to Configure > Hub in the Thrive menu.
Note:
Data processing: Enabling Hub features means Thrive will use unified.to as an optional third-party sub-processor to help process your data. For more details, visit trust.thrivelearning.com. You can switch Hub off at any time.

Link Widgets
The Link Widgets section lets Super Admins create custom link widgets for your organisation. Each one points to a URL of your choice – such as an internal tool or a key resource – and appears in the widget marketplace for users on your tenant to add to their personal Hub.
Creating a Link Widget
In Hub Configuration, click the Link Widgets tab.
On the Link Widgets tab, click + Add Widget.
Enter the URL in the Link field.
Thrive fetches the page details automatically and suggests a title and image.
Click Suggested to choose an image directly from the page or Upload to add your own.
Click Add Widget to save.
New link widgets are set to Inactive by default. To make one available for users to add to their Hub, open the ... menu on that widget and select Set as active.
Managing Link Widgets
The Link Widgets list shows each widget's title, URL, author, published date, and status. Use the ... menu on any widget to:
Edit: Change the widget's URL, title, or image.
Set as active/Set as inactive: Make the widget available or unavailable for users to add to their Hub.
Delete: Remove the widget permanently.
