My People Tab

The My People tab gives leaders and managers a detailed view of every user in their filtered audience – how actively they're learning, who's most engaged, and individual login and activity detail for every person on the list.

Filters

The My People tab includes the following filters:

Filter	Description
Structure	Include or exclude one or more organisational structures.
Audience	Include or exclude one or more audiences.
User	Include or exclude one or more specific users.
Position title	Include or exclude one or more position titles.
Manager	Include or exclude one or more managers.
User attribute key	Choose which custom user attribute to filter by.
User attribute value	Select the value(s) of the chosen user attribute to include or exclude.
Users Thrive status	Filter to users with a specific Thrive status, such as active or new. Set to active and new by default.
Users Thrive role	Filter to users with a specific Thrive role, such as learner or learner admin.
Content title	Include or exclude one or more pieces of content by title.
Content type	Filter by content type, such as article or pathway.
Content tag	Filter by content tag.
Activity date	Filter to activity on, before, or after a date. Choose Rolling for a relative date range (such as Last 30 Days), or Fixed for a specific date. Select Include this day to include today in a rolling range.

Once you've set your filters, you can optionally select Save view at the top of the filter panel to save this combination for next time. In the Save view modal, enter a Name and click Save.

Note:
The Make view available to everyone with access to this Liveboard checkbox is currently non-functional. Saved views can't be shared between users.

How Many of My People Are Actively Learning?

The My learners overview section shows your Total users, Total users with activities, and the resulting % Of users with activity – a quick read on how much of your filtered audience is engaging with the platform. The Average view duration by day chart beneath them shows how long users spend viewing content each day, so you can spot trends in engagement over time.

Who's Most Engaged?

The Engagement detail section shows you who's driving activity across your audience. The Engagement by learner leaderboard highlights the users generating the most activity, so you can see who's leading engagement at a glance. The Engaged learners detail table gives you the same picture in full for a deeper look at individual activity.

Where Do I Look Up Individual Users?

The My Learners table lists every user matching your filters, including their Users ref, Uses Thrive status, Latest activity date, and Manager. Select Explore on the table to filter further, add columns, or compare data for a deeper look.
