Summary

The My People page provides leaders with a clear overview of all users within their audience(s), including their login activity and basic profile information.

It highlights who has logged in during the current month, who may require additional support or platform promotion, and provides a complete list of users with first and last login timestamps.

Visuals have a maximum lag of 6 hours, typically significantly less

Filters

Use the filters at the top of the page to refine the dataset:

  • Structure Name / Audience Name / Position Title / Manager Name — isolate users within specific teams, audiences, roles, or reporting lines

  • Thrive Role  â€” Platform super administrators are excluded by default

  • Thrive Status (active, new) — suspended users are excluded by default

  • Custom Field (Additional Field Key) — select a custom field such as Region, Department, or Brand

    • Custom Field Value (Additional Field Value) — once a key is selected, choose the specific value to filter to (e.g., Key: Region → Value: North East)

Custom field filtering is particularly useful for customers with complex organisational structures.
