The upcoming Overview Dashboard will give you a quick, at-a-glance view of learning activity and compliance across your organisation, without digging through detailed reports. It's the default view when you open Insights.
What's in the Overview Dashboard
The Overview Dashboard will show:
Metric | Description |
|---|---|
Active Users | The number of people with activity, with a monthly trend. |
Completion Rate | The percentage of assignments completed, and how many assignments that's out of. |
Completions | The total number of completions, with a monthly trend. |
Compliance Overview | A chart plotting Overdue, Completions, and Overdue forecast trends over time. Toggle each on or off to compare. |
Overdue Users | The number of users with overdue assignments. |
Compliance Rate | A breakdown of your audience into compliant, non-compliant, and lapsing within 30 days. |
Hover over a point on any trend chart to see its date and value.
Accessing the Overview Dashboard
To access the Overview Dashboard when it’s available, go to Insights > Overview Dashboard.

The Overview Dashboard will open on the Organisation view by default.
If you manage a team, click the My Team tab to view data for your direct reports.
If you manage an audience, click the My Audiences tab to view data for the audiences you manage.
Filtering the Overview Dashboard
To view data for a specific audience, click the audience dropdown (All audiences by default) at the top of the screen, then search for or select an audience.
To see the Overview Dashboard without the Thrive menu or other distractions, click Focus. Click Exit focus to return to the standard view.
