The Overview tab in the Leadership Dashboard gives Leaders a high-level snapshot of assigned learning, platform usage, and engagement across the business. It's the first thing you see when you open the Leadership Dashboard.
Filters
Alongside the standard audience filters described on the main Leadership Dashboard page, the Overview tab includes the following date filters:

Activity date | Applies to Content Views and Engagement visuals only |
Completion date | Applies to Completions visuals. This is the exception to the activity date filter above. |
What's Our Current Assigned Learning Status?
See the percentage of complete, open, and overdue assignments, plus a breakdown of assignments by status and content title. For more detail, visit the Assigned Learning and Pathways tabs.
How Many People Are We Reaching?
See the percentage of users with activity, total users, and total users with activities, alongside a monthly trend of active users. These visuals include learners and learner admins only. For more detail, visit the My People tab.
How Is Our Content Performing?
See total views, completions, likes, comments, shares, and pins across all content, plus a monthly trend of views. Like User Reach above, this only includes learners and learner admins. Hover over the trend chart's icons and select Time Bucket to change the display to yearly, quarterly, monthly, or daily – note that times shown at an hourly interval are in UTC.
