The Insights section (also known as Thrive Analyse) is your go-to resource for understanding learning trends, content engagement, and team performance within your organisation. It's designed to help you make data-driven decisions to improve learning and development.

Thrive offers three powerful dashboards, each tailored to different roles and reporting needs:

  • Leadership Dashboard: Provides a high-level view of learning and engagement across large groups, perfect for senior leaders and auditors.

  • Content Dashboard: Gives content managers a detailed look at how their content is performing, including engagement and consumption patterns.

  • Team Progress Dashboard: Offers line managers a granular view of their team members' progress, skill development, and mandatory learning status.
