Platform Support FAQs

Some users are not able to access our Platform. All they see is the 'Loading Graphic'.

It's most likely the required urls for the site are being blocked by their company network. To access a Thrive Platform, users will need to be able to access:

.learn.link - all of our services use the learn.link domain so it is easiest to just allow the entire domain using the wildcard.

If you do not wish to unblock the entire domain, you can limit it to just the required subdomains:

[sitename].learn.link - e.g thrivetribe.learn.link

*.api.learn.link - used for all sevices

*.admin.learn.link - used for the admin app

*.assets.learn.lnk - used for tag and branding images

Your IT team will be able to check whether these are accessible to you.

My users are not receiving an email with details on how to access the Platform.

To activate their account, users simply browse to the login page and click 'Activate my Account'. Once they have entered their email address, they will receive a verification code via email to continue with the login process. If they do not receive this code, it's possible it has gone in to spam or has been quarantined by their mail server. Try searching for emails from noreply@mail.learn.link or add this to your safe senders list

I am unable to see any content I have posted on the main feed. Why is this?

You are not able to see your own authored content on your main feed. This is a deliberate decision in the design. To see the content you have posted, click on 'Me' in the main header menu and select 'Contributions'

How do I change the content I have just uploaded?

You can edit content, to a certain extent, via the edit button. However, once added, you are currently unable to update files, links, videos and e-learning content

OTS Support FAQs

What browsers are compatible with the OTS content?

Our content has been tested on Chrome, Edge, IE11, Firefox and Safari

When I launch the content on our own LMS, some of the content does not display correctly.

Make sure you have the most up to date version of the browser you are using. All except IE11 are evergreen browsers and should automatically keep up to date when you have an active internet connection. Also, Check if the same issue occurs in other browsers or for anyone else.

What statuses do your OTS content return to the LMS?

All of our OTS content will return an 'Incomplete/Complete' status and the grade will represent the progress through the module. A success status of Pass or Fail is not returned when the module is complete.
