The Admin Dashboard gives Super Admins insight into how learners search for content, use the AI Assistant and engage with the Hub. It helps you identify content gaps, understand feature adoption and find opportunities to improve the learner experience.
What’s in the Admin Dashboard
The Admin Dashboard is organised into three tabs, each covering a different area of reporting:
Tab | Description |

Searches | Understand what learners are searching for, identify searches that return no results and monitor search performance over time. |
AI Assistant | Monitor adoption and repeat usage, understand what learners use the AI Assistant for, and track interaction volumes and response times. |
Hub | Track Hub access, compare widget adoption and activation, and identify learners who may need help getting started. |
Accessing the Admin Dashboard
To access the Admin Dashboard, in your Thrive instance, go to Insights > Admin Dashboard.
Note:
The Admin Dashboard is only available to Super Admins. Learner Admins do not have access.
Filtering the Admin Dashboard
Use the filters at the top of the selected tab to refine the data displayed. Available filters vary between tabs.
