The Content Dashboard offers a clear, at-a-glance view of how your content is performing across your Thrive platform. It helps you monitor content health, track engagement, and understand reach — making it easy to identify what’s working well, what may need updating, and how learners are interacting with your content.
What you see on the dashboard will depend on your role:
Admins can view performance data for all content across the platform.
Collaboration Managers only see insights only for the content linked to their collaborations.
To access the Content Dashboard, on your Thrive platform, go to Insights > Content Dashboard.

The Assigned Content section provides an overview of learning content you've assigned to users.
It includes status tracking for:
Completed content
Incomplete/open assignments
Overdue items
Note:
This section is only relevant if your collaboration posts assigned learning. If no assigned content has been created, this area will appear blank.

Key Visualisations
The dashboard is organised into clear visual areas for rapid comprehension:
Total pathways: Number of unique Pathways started by your team.
Total content items: Aggregate count of all content pieces in those Pathways.
Average Content Items per Pathway: Average number of content pieces included in each Pathway.
Average Completion % by Pathway Title: Visually ranks all Pathways by team-wide completion percentage, allowing you to quickly spot the most and least completed journeys.
Pathways Table
A detailed table provides item-by-item analytics essential for deep-diving into specific progress across your team's learning journeys.
Track progress against the specific Pathway Title, Section Title, and Content/task Title.
Track completion at three granular levels:
Pathway: Compare the # of users who started the pathway versus the # of users who completed the pathway, with the overall % Pathway Complete.
Section: Track the # Users Started Section, # Users Completed Section, and the % Section Complete.
Content Item: Track the # Users Completed Content and the % Content Complete for each individual piece of learning or task.
Events
The Events tab provides detailed analytics on event activity — including attendance rates, cancellations, and waitlist status — specific to your user permissions. This section allows you to quickly monitor event engagement, manage scheduling, and make data-driven decisions regarding event resources and planning.

Attempts
The Attempts tab summarises passed, failed, and incomplete content attempts, along with the average score of learners across all successful and unsuccessful attempts. This tab highlights performance trends by content title and identifies knowledge gaps by listing top incorrectly answered questions. Detailed tables are available for deep-dive analysis of individual user scores and specific responses to every question.

Flagged Content
This section surfaces unresolved content flags raised by learners, helping you identify and action items that need attention. For details on the metrics, filters, and how to resolve flags, see Flagged Content.
