Theme

Themes are display options that allow you to adjust the visual appearance in Thrive. By selecting a theme, you can switch between a bright interface and a darker one. Light mode uses brighter backgrounds with darker text, while Dark mode replaces bright backgrounds with darker tones, using lighter colours for text and interface elements. Dark Mode can help reduce eye strain in low-light environments and creates a more comfortable viewing experience, especially at night or in dimly lit settings.

Switching Between Dark Mode and Light Mode

1. In the Thrive menu, go to your profile and click Settings.
   

2. Next to Theme, select one of the following options:

   1. Light mode: Displays Thrive with the standard light background and darker text.

   2. Dark mode: Displays Thrive with dark backgrounds and lighter text and elements.

   3. System: Automatically adjusts Thrive to match your device’s system settings. For example, if your device is set to Dark Mode, Thrive will follow suit.

Once selected, your display mode will update immediately and apply across your account.
 

Note:

Your preferences are saved within your browser. If you switch to a different browser, device, or mobile app, you'll need to set your preferences again on that device.
