The Space Engagement tab gives Super Admins a view of how actively Spaces are being used across the organisation, covering views, posts, likes, and comments at a glance, plus detailed breakdowns by Space, user, and post, and leader boards showing your most active Spaces and most engaged users.

How Actively Are Spaces Being Used?
The Summary section gives high-level engagement figures across all Spaces, pages, subpages, and posts: total Views, Posts, Likes, and Comments. Each figure also shows the number of unique users involved and the average per user. Views are counted across all Spaces, pages, subpages, and posts; likes and comments are counted against posts.
Which Spaces and Users Are Most Active?
The Active spaces and engaged users section gives you two leader board charts, based on views, posts, likes, and comments within Spaces:
Most active spaces shows the Spaces with the most activity. Hover over a bar to see the total number of users with that activity and the average number of activities per user.
Most engaged users shows the individual users driving the most activity across Spaces.
Are Spaces Seeing Sustained Activity Over Time?
This section shows whether users keep returning to Spaces, and how long they stay:
Activity trend over time shows the number of views, posts, likes, and comments by month.
Average active days and duration over time focuses on viewed activity, showing the average number of active days per user per month alongside the average view duration in minutes.
Below these charts, the Active days and average duration by space and month table breaks this down by individual Space.
Note:
A few very active users can pull the average up, so the median figure is often a more reliable guide to typical behaviour.
Where Can I Find Detailed Activity Data?
Four tables give you activity at increasing levels of detail:
Space engagement breakdown lets you expand each Space to see views and posts by page and subpage, then expand further to reach individual posts, where you'll also see likes and comments. A {Null} row at the post level represents activity that happened at the Space level rather than against a specific post.
User activity by space shows each user's first and last active date within a Space, along with their total views, posts, likes, and comments there.
Post engagement breakdown shows each post's views, likes, and comments, along with its first text block as a preview. The Type field lists every block type used in the post. Use this to see which posts are attracting the most engagement, and whether certain content types draw users in more than others.
Comment breakdown shows all comments against posts, including who wrote each comment and when.
