Leadership Dashboard v2
We’ve made a number of improvements to the Leadership Dashboard to provide better visibility into learner engagement and content discovery.
What’s changed
View and Duration Metrics: You can now see total views, average views per learner, total time spent, and average time per learner.
Week-on-Week Trends: Simple trend indicators and line charts help track whether these metrics are increasing or decreasing each week.
Custom Grouping Options: Choose your metric (e.g. average view duration, activity count) and group results by content type, audience, manager, or tag.
Social Interactions: Data on likes, comments, and shares is now available.
Content Access: See how users are accessing content (web vs mobile) and how they’re finding it (e.g. search, Explore page).
Trending Tags: You can now see which tags are most active over a selected time period.
These updates aim to make the dashboard more useful for tracking platform engagement and understanding learner behaviour.
Other New Features and Enhancements
We’ve upgraded Thrive’s search with Intelligent Search — a smarter, faster way to find content. By analysing the full text of articles, PDFs, and more, search results are now more relevant and intuitive, even when exact keywords aren’t used.
Users can now upload a PDF and let Thrive AI generate a course draft, complete with structure, tone, audience, and learning outcomes.
We’re rolling out a major redesign of the Thrive Mobile App to deliver a cleaner, more intuitive, and engaging learning experience.
