The Leadership Dashboard is a reporting tool that gives people managers and administrators a customisable, high-level snapshot of learning compliance and engagement. It lets you segment, filter, and drill down into the metrics relevant to your responsibilities, across every area of the platform.
What's in the Leadership Dashboard
The Leadership Dashboard is organised into tabs, each covering a different area of reporting:
Overview: A top-level view of open, overdue, and completed assignments across your audience.
Assigned Learning: Track and act on assignment status, with alerts for overdue content.
Engagement: See a high-level overview of learner engagement with content, including views, likes, comments, shares, and pins, plus trending topics across your audience.
My People: See detailed data on all users included in your applied filters.
Completions: Track total and average completions, and identify trending content.
Pathways: Track progress, completion, and task approvals across assigned Pathways.
Events: Track attendance, registration, and cancellations for scheduled learning events.
Attempts: View assessment and quiz attempt data.
Skills: Monitor skill adoption, capability coverage, and growth trends.
CPD: Track progress against required Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours, see the online/offline split, and view CPD hours by category and by user.
Goals: Track how many users have goals, goal and task completion rates, how regularly goals are created and completed, and see recommended actions to increase engagement.
Accessing the Leadership Dashboard
To access the Leadership Dashboard, in your Thrive instance, go to Insights > Leadership Dashboard.

Filtering the Leadership Dashboard
To refine and view detailed data on users within audiences you have permission to access, use the filters at the top of the Leadership Dashboard to segment or isolate specific views. By default, administrators see all open, overdue, and completed assignments.
To filter the Leadership Dashboard by audience:
Click on the Audience (Select) filter.
A list of the organisation's audiences appears.In the Include tab, select one or more audiences to display assigned content for, or click the Exclude tab to filter out specific audiences.
Note:
To add multiple filters at once, click + Add values in bulk. Paste a comma- or colon-separated list into the Add values in bulk text box, then click Add values.
Click Apply.
The Leadership Dashboard updates to show data for the selected audience(s).
Skills Tab
The Skills tab serves as a dedicated workspace for leaders and managers to monitor skill adoption, capability coverage, and growth trends within their teams. Identical across both the Team and Leadership dashboards, this screen tracks tracks only skills explicitly recorded on the platform and features visuals with a maximum data lag of six hours. To ensure high-quality insights, the dashboard defaults to displaying endorsed skills only.

Note:
When scheduling reports, we recommend a limit of once daily during off-peak hours to maintain optimal performance.
Key Insights and Visuals
Skills overview: High-level metrics for total skills recorded, unique skill counts, and average skills per learner.
Adoption trends: A time-series view showing how many skills are updated each month and how coverage is growing.
Gap analysis: Visualises the percentage of skills at target versus below target to help identify team-wide development risks.
Detailed tables: Provides granular lists of skill acquisitions and specific variance-to-target scores for individual users.
Fastest growing skills: Tracks which competencies are trending upward based on recent platform activity.
