What data is shown? (Filtering overview)

  1. All dashboards will show ALL data for all content in your collaboration

    1. You can isolate the data to only content you authored if part of a larger collaboration using the ‘author name’ filter at the top

    2. Filters will only show on tabs that they are relevant for

      1. Content Dashboard

        1. Super administrators are omitted from activity and completion metrics

          1. These are covered in some visuals on Content Overview, all visuals on Content Engagement, Completions

          2. Super admins if are assigned content it means they are expected to complete so should be included

        2. All pages are pre filtered to exclude deleted and archived content

        3. All pages are pre filtered to published content

        4. Engagement is pre filtered to last 30 complete days, i.e. up to the end of yesterday

      1. Is a highlight of all content in your collaboration, how much is untagged and key engagement callouts

      2. How users are consuming content either by web or mobile app

      3. How users are finding content from within the platform such as by search, campaign

      4. List of all content items

    3. Content Engagement

      1. Is a more detailed on what happens when a user engages

        1. How long for

        2. Bounce rate (where a learner has left the content in less than 10 seconds)

        3. What content types or topics see the most activity

      2. List of all content that has had activity in the chosen timeframe (default 30 days)

    4. Assigned Learning

      1. Assigned learning is an overview of compliance in the current moment, this dataset updates based on status changing to overdue or completion of an assigned piece of learning.

      1. Is ALL content completions

      2. This includes historical and imported completions

    6. Pathways

      1. The counts of content items to complete are exclusively what is visible to the user

        1. for example user A could be assigned pathway 1 and need to complete 10 items, user B the same pathway but only 8 of the 10 are visible to them. Therefore between the 2 there are 18 content items to complete
