What data is shown? (Filtering overview)

  1. All dashboards will show ALL data for all users within your audience/audiences

    1. To isolate your own direct/indirect reports in Leadership Dashboard as a audience manager search for yourself in the audience names

    2. Filters will only show on tabs that they are relevant for

    3. Pre set filters

      1. Leadership Dashboard

        1. Administrators are omitted from all pages except assigned learning

          1. Admins if are assigned content it means they are expected to complete so should be included

        2. All pages are pre filtered to exclude suspended users

        3. Engagement is pre filtered to last 30 complete days, i.e. up to the end of yesterday

        4. Completions is pre filtered to last 30 complete days, i.e. up to the end of yesterday

      1. Date filters are available on pages where dates have an ever growing database by date and have pre set date ranges that can be altered and saved to views.

          1. Call outs of total users, users that have viewed content and a % based on this

          2. line graph showing monthly the number of team members viewing content each month

          1. High level platform call outs of platform activity such as views, likes and comments

    3. Assigned Learning

      1. Assigned learning is an overview of compliance in the current moment, this dataset updates based on status changing to overdue or completion of an assigned piece of learning.

      2. Overview of RAG status across overall business and different segmentations

      3. Full table list of all active enrolments

    4. My people

      1. Is a list of all users within your audience/s

      2. How many have/haven’t logged in this month

      3. List of users with first and last login dates

    5. Engagement

      1. Is a highlight of the last 30 days activity by users in your audience/s

    6. Completions

      1. Is ALL content completions by users in your audience/s

      2. This includes historical and imported completions

    7. Pathways

      1. The counts of content items to complete are exclusively what is visible to the user

        1. for example user A could be assigned pathway 1 and need to complete 10 items, user B the same pathway but only 8 of the 10 are visible to them. Therefore between the 2 there are 18 content items to complete
