Once a Space is published, you can find it again to make further changes, track participants in its Mentorship Programme, and review flagged content – all from the Spaces table.
Edit a Space
On the Spaces table, click a Space’s name to open it. If a draft exists, it opens in edit mode automatically.
Edit a draft Space using the following tabs:
Page builder: Add, edit, and arrange content blocks. For the full list of blocks and how to use them, see Create a Space.
Sub pages: Manage pages nested beneath the Space’s homepage. See Sub Pages.
Members: Manually add or remove the specific users or groups who can access the Space.
Mentoring, Coaching, or Sponsorship: Only shown for a Space with a Mentorship Programme block – see below.
Moderation: Review content that’s been flagged in the Space – see below.
Settings: Edit any of the Space’s basic information, or delete it.
Click Save draft at any time to save your progress – each save creates a new draft version, replacing the previous one. To check how your changes will look to learners, click Preview, then Exit preview mode to return to editing. When you’re ready to go live, click the dropdown arrow next to Save draft and select Publish.
Once published, the updated version becomes live immediately. To make further changes, create a new draft and repeat these steps.
Note:
To discard an unpublished draft without affecting the Space’s current published version, click the dropdown arrow next to Save draft and select Delete page.
Mentoring, Coaching, or Sponsorship Tab
For a Space with a Mentorship Programme block, a dedicated tab appears labelled Mentoring, Coaching, or Sponsorship, depending on the programme type selected in the block. Changing the programme type updates this tab’s label and content automatically.
This tab gives you full oversight of relationships in the Space, including:
Summary cards: The total number of participants, a breakdown by role (for example, Sponsors and Sponsees), and the total number of relationships.
Participant table: Each participant’s name, their programme role, their number of active relationships, and an Actions menu.
Creating a Relationship Manually
To manually pair two participants, instead of waiting for the matching algorithm:
On the Mentoring, Coaching, or Sponsorship tab, click Create relationship.
In the modal, search for and select the mentor, coach, or sponsor by name or email.
Search for and select the mentee, coachee, or sponsee by name or email.
Click Create relationship.
Once created, a confirmation message lets you know the users are matched and can start scheduling sessions.
Note:
Alternatively, in the Actions column, click ⋮ next to an existing participant, then select Add Relationship to open the same modal with that participant pre-filled.
Moderation Tab
When content is flagged in a Space, Super Admins and Space Admins receive a notification so they can review it in the report log. Spaces notifications are enabled by default.
Admins can set organisation-wide defaults, and individual moderators can adjust their own preferences at any time. These settings apply to all of your Spaces – they can’t be changed per Space. To change which notifications you receive, see Notification Settings.
Delete a Space
To permanently delete a Space:
In the Thrive menu, go to Manage > Spaces.
Click the ellipsis icon (…) on the Space’s row, then select Delete.
In the Delete space? popup, type delete into the text box, then click Delete this space.
The Space is permanently deleted with all of its content, including any subpages. Current members lose access, all notifications for the Space stop, and it no longer appears in search results or recommendations. This can’t be undone.
