Events are live learning sessions – either in-person or online – that you can browse, register for, and attend as part of your development. An event may have multiple occurrences, such as sessions running in different locations or at different times, so you can choose the one that works best for you. This page explains how to find and sign up for events, join a waitlist, and interact with event content.

Signing Up to an Event
When spaces are available, you can sign up for an event in a few ways:
Self-registration: Click Sign Up on the occurrence you want to attend.
Manager enrolment: If you are a manager, click Enrol Team to register one or more of your direct reports.
If an occurrence is fully booked, click Join Waitlist to add yourself to the waiting list. You will be notified when a space becomes available.
Interacting With an Event
From the event page, you can interact with the event using the action buttons below the cover image:
Heart: Like the event.
Share: Share the event with others.
Pin: Pin the event for quick access.
Flag: Report the event. Selecting this opens a modal where you can choose a reason and add a comment before submitting your report.
Managing an Event
Admins and event creators can manage an event from the Activity screen. Click Activity in the top right of the event page to open it.

The Activity screen has five tabs: Overview, People, Activity, Settings, and Waitlist.
Overview
The Overview tab gives a summary of activity across all occurrences, including:
Registrations: The total number of users registered, shown against available capacity.
Attended: The number of users who have been marked as attended.
Waitlist: The number of users currently on the waitlist.
Page views: The total lifetime views for the event page.
The Attendance section lists each occurrence. Click View attendance next to an occurrence to review its attendee status and session attendance detail.
People
The People tab shows a Registrations table listing all users registered across every occurrence. The table includes each user's name, the occurrence they are registered for, their registration date, and current status.
To view a user's profile, click View on their row. From here you can see their team structure and manage their account details.
Activity
The Activity tab shows a chronological log of actions taken on the event, including registrations, waitlist changes, and attendance updates.
Settings
The Settings tab displays the current registration settings for the event in a read-only view, including:
Self-registration: Whether learners can register themselves.
Waitlist: Whether a waitlist is enabled.
Cancellation restricted: Whether cancellations are restricted.
Cancellation period: How far in advance of the event attendees can cancel.
To change these settings, click Edit event from the event page.
Waitlist
The Waitlist tab shows all users currently on the waitlist. The table lists each user's name, email address, and the date they joined the waitlist.
To add a user to the waitlist manually:
In the Search for available user field, search for the user you want to add.
Select the checkbox next to their name.
Click Add to waitlist.
To promote a user from the waitlist:
Click Promote on the user's row. They will be moved from the waitlist and registered for the event.
To remove a user from the waitlist:
Click Remove on the user's row.
In the Remove from waitlist modal, click Remove to confirm.
