Mentoring Content Packs organise structured learning content by session, embedding it directly into the Mentoring experience. Each session can include content for mentors, mentees, or both, with controls that determine when content should be completed relative to a session.
Once created and published, a Content Pack can be attached to a Mentoring Block in a Space. One Content Pack can be attached per Mentoring Block.
Creating a Mentoring Content Pack
On the Thrive menu, go to Create.
In Structured Content Types, click Mentoring Content Pack.
In Create mentoring content, enter the following details:
Title of your content pack: Enter a name for the Content Pack.
Description of your content pack: Describe the intended outcome of the programme.
Under Define your mentoring content, click + Add another session.
Click Add content.
In the panel that appears, search for content by title or tag, select the items you want to include, and click Add selected.
For each content item, click the down arrowhead (⌄) and configure the following settings:
Who can view this content?: Select Mentor, Mentee, or Both.
When should the content be completed?: Select Pre-session for content to be completed before the session begins, or Post-session for content to be completed after.
To add further sessions, click Add another session and repeat steps 5 to 7.
Click Post.
In the Time to publish modal:
Under Publishing as, confirm the attribution for the Content Pack.
Under Thumbnail, select an image to represent the Content Pack. You can Upload image, select Create with AI, or choose from the suggested images. A thumbnail is required before you can publish.
Click Publish.
Your Content Pack is now live and available to attach to a Mentoring Block in Spaces.
