Kiki's Coach Mode will be available to learners on any content page in Thrive. Learners can use it to test their understanding of content, with responses grounded in real platform content.

Analyst mode

Super Admins can now switch Kiki  into Analyst mode to ask plain English questions about platform data and receive instant answers as written summaries, tables, or charts. When a response includes a visual, Kiki switches to full screen view automatically. Analyst mode is an explicit opt-in and does not activate automatically.

SCORM content indexing

Thrive now extracts and indexes the full text content of uploaded SCORM and e-learning packages, making it discoverable in platform search and available to Kiki. Previously, only titles and descriptions were searchable. Supported formats include SCORM 1.1, 1.2, and 2004, CMI5, and Bare Adapt.

Note:

Backfill is complete and coverage is strong. We're still processing a small number of outliers this week. Rise and Evolve packages are affected by a known issue that's being fixed. Go1 packages aren't supported and this won't change.

Mentor matching: value mapping

Admins can now configure value mapping rules for profile fields in the matching algorithm, replacing rigid exact matching with directional relationships – for example, "When mentee is Junior → match with Senior or Lead". Each rule includes a Low / Medium / High importance weighting to control its influence on the overall match score.
