Connecting Your Calendar
Connecting your calendar to Thrive lets you view real-time availability and have meeting links added to sessions automatically.
To connect your calendar:
On the relationship details page, go to the Sessions tab.

In the calendar banner, click Connect your calendar.
In the Select calendar to connect modal, you can choose Google Calendar, MS Outlook Calendar and MS Teams calendar integrations, click Connect and Done complete the authentication flow.

Once connected, the banner updates to show your connected account alongside a Manage button, where you can update or disconnect your calendar at any time. From here, you can also choose Primary calendar for sessions, to do that, select the connected calendar account you want to use for scheduling, then click Save.
Note:
If your authentication expires, the banner will show a Disconnected status. Click Reconnect to restore the connection.
Viewing Availability
When your calendar is connected, Thrive shows your partner's free or busy status as you select a time in the scheduling flow — so you can book without any back-and-forth.
If the time you've chosen clashes with an existing session in your own calendar, Thrive will flag this before you submit. The conflict won't block the booking — it's your call whether to proceed.
Calendar Invites
Once a session is confirmed, Thrive automatically sends a calendar invite to both participants. If the session is rescheduled or cancelled in Thrive, the invite updates to match — no manual changes needed on either side.
Note:
Availability and automatic invites require a connected calendar. If your calendar is disconnected, these features won't work until you reconnect. See the Connecting Your Calendar section above.
