Bulk suspend by audience will allow super admins to suspend all members of an audience in a single action, streamlining user management for large-scale organisational changes, compliance requirements, or off-boarding scenarios. Instead of selecting users individually or in batches of 500, you'll be able to suspend entire audiences regardless of size.
All bulk operations will run as background jobs to maintain system performance, processing approximately 500 users per second without impacting your platform experience.
Key Benefits
Dramatically reduces time spent on repetitive admin tasks
Enables enterprise-scale user governance (e.g., suspending thousands of seasonal workers at once)
Supports compliance and HR-driven bulk actions
Maintains system performance through background processing
Note:
You can already bulk suspend up to 500 users at a time from the Manage Users table. For more information, see Users.
