What data is shown? (Filtering overview)
All dashboards show all data for all content in your collaboration.
You can isolate the data to only content you authored, if you're part of a larger collaboration, using the Author Name filter at the top.
Filters only show on tabs where they're relevant.
Preset filters
1. Content DashboardSuper admins are omitted from activity and completion metrics.
These are covered in some visuals on Content Health, and all visuals on Content Engagement and Completions.
If super admins are assigned content, they're expected to complete it, so they're included in that data.
All pages are pre-filtered to exclude deleted and archived content.
All pages are pre-filtered to published content.
Engagement is pre-filtered to the last 30 complete days (i.e. up to the end of yesterday).
Completions is pre-filtered to the last 30 complete days (i.e. up to the end of yesterday).

Things to know
Date filters are available on pages where dates have an ever growing database by date and have pre set date ranges that can be altered and saved to views.
Content Overview
A highlight of all content in your collaboration, including how much is untagged and key engagement callouts.
How users are consuming content, either via web or the mobile app.
How users are finding content from within the platform, such as by search or campaign.
A list of all content items.
Content Engagement
A more detailed view of what happens when a user engages with content:
How long for.
Bounce rate (where a learner has left the content in less than 10 seconds).
What content types or topics see the most activity
A list of all content that has had activity in the chosen timeframe (default 30 days).
Assigned Learning
An overview of compliance in the current moment. This dataset updates when a piece of assigned learning changes status to overdue or complete.
KPIs and callouts to the totals.
Completions
All content completions.
This includes historical and imported completions.
Pathways
The counts of content items to complete are exclusively what's visible to the user.
For example, User A could be assigned Pathway 1 and need to complete 10 items, while User B is assigned the same pathway but can only see 8 of the 10. Between the two, there are 18 content items to complete.

Highlights the number of correct and incorrect answers per question.
Detail on all answers given for all assessment types.

Includes CMI5, SCORM packages, quizzes, mixed content, and assessments.
