Your Profile page is a central hub for all your activity and achievements on Thrive. It gives you a complete picture of your journey on the platform, allowing you to manage your presence, track your progress, and connect with your team.

Accessing Your Profile
Click your name or profile photo in the upper-right corner of the Thrive menu. From here, you'll see the following options:
View Profile: Opens your Profile page
Preferences: Opens your learning and notification preferences
Settings: Opens your account settings
Log out: Signs you out of Thrive
Click View Profile to open your Profile page. At the top, you'll see your avatar, name, email address, and your Following and Followers counts. From here you can also:
Click Edit details to update your personal information.
Click Go to learn page to jump straight back to your learning.
Navigating Your Profile
A sticky sidebar on the right-hand side lets you jump to any section on the page:
Click any item in the sidebar to scroll directly to that section.
About Me
The About me section displays your job title. This is visible to other users in your organisation when they visit your profile.
To add a description about yourself, click + Add a short bio. If you've already added one, click Edit bio to make changes. Descriptions have a 280-character limit.
My Badges
My badges showcases the badges you've earned on Thrive. Each badge represents a milestone or achievement – a visible record of your progress.
You can search your badges using the search field at the top of the section.
My Skills
My skills gives you a clear view of your skill development. Each skill card shows:
Your current skill level
Your target skill level
A progress bar showing how close you are to reaching your target goal
Use the search field at the top of the section to find a specific skill quickly.
Note:
Your skills help teammates understand what you’re great at. Keeping them up to date means you’ll also receive more relevant learning recommendations.
My Team
My team shows your place in the organisation and helps you find the right people to connect with. The section is split into three tabs:
Manager: Your direct manager
Peers: Colleagues at your level
Direct reports: Anyone who reports to you (visible to managers only)
Use the search field to find someone specific in each tab. You can also follow team members directly from this section.
My Learning Content
My learning content displays the courses, guides, and resources you've created and shared on Thrive. Click Create new content to start building something new.
Use the search field to filter your content quickly.
Accessing Your Profile
Tap your profile photo on the Homepage to open your Profile screen.
At the top of the screen, you’ll see your avatar, name, email address, and your Following and Followers counts. Below these, three tabs organise your profile:
Profile: Your bio, badges, skills, mentoring, pinned items, and downloads
Preferences: Your theme, interests, and notification settings
Settings: Your account settings
Editing Your Profile
Tap the pencil icon in the upper-right corner to open the Edit profile screen. From here, you can:
Tap your avatar to add or change your profile photo.
Update your First name and Last name.
Add a Bio. Bios have a 280-character limit.
Tap Save changes to save your updates, or Cancel to discard them.

My badges: The badges you’ve earned on Thrive
My skills: Your current and target skill levels
My mentoring: Your mentoring activity
My team: Your manager and peers. This only shows if you have an assigned manager and peers
My learning content: Content you’ve created and shared on Thrive. This only shows if you’ve published content
Pinned items: Content you’ve pinned
My Downloads: Content you’ve downloaded to your device
Preferences Tab
Theme: Change the app’s appearance
Interests: Manage the topics you’re interested in
Notifications: Choose which notifications you receive
Settings Tab
Language: Change the app’s language
Timezone: Set your timezone
Manage password: Change your password
Privacy & legal: View privacy and legal information
Delete Account: Permanently delete your Thrive account
Tap Log out to sign out of Thrive.
Deleting Your Account
You can permanently delete your Thrive account from the Thrive Mobile App.
Note:
You can’t undo this. When you delete your account:
You lose access to your Thrive site.
All notifications and digests stop.
Your name is removed from all comments, content you’ve authored, and search results.
To delete your account:
On the home screen, tap your profile picture in the top-left corner.
Tap the Settings tab.
Tap Delete Account.
In the Type “Delete” to confirm: field, type “Delete”.
Tap Delete Account.
In the Are you sure? modal, tap Confirm.
