Pathway publish flow

Publishing a pathway now uses the same side drawer experience as the rest of the Content Creator. All publishing settings are consolidated in one place, with optional sections collapsed by default so authors only need to configure what's relevant. The drawer retains all existing pathway publishing controls, including skill boosting and progression restrictions.

Visibility and sharing controls for legacy content

The Visibility & Share controls previously available for Content Creator content are now available across all legacy structured content types. From a published content item, you can now click the Visibility & Share icon to set content to Public or Limited Access, manage sharing options, and add content to a user's recommended content from a consistent interface across all content types.

To-do list widget

Users can now add a To-do list widget to their Hub to create and manage personal task lists. Tasks can be checked off as they're completed. Tasks are private to each user and require no admin configuration beyond enabling the widget.

Public Spaces for Mobile

Learners can now discover, join, and engage with Public Spaces on mobile, bringing it in line with the web experience. Learners can browse Public Spaces, join and leave instantly, and fully interact with content without needing an admin invite. Spaces also has a new dedicated icon in the bottom navigation bar, replacing the previous Homepage tab, giving learners one-tap access from anywhere in the app.

Multi-domain tenant support for white-label app

White-label app users on multi-domain tenants are now prompted to select their organisation before reaching the login page. Once selected, the app loads the correct branding, theme, and authentication method for that domain. Single-domain tenants are unaffected.
