Bulk tagging

Admins can now select up to 500 content items from the Manage > Content table and apply one or more existing topics or skills tags to all of them in a single action. Use filters to find the right content, multi-select using the checkboxes, choose Bulk Tag from the actions menu, and confirm. Tags are applied instantly across all selected items.

Admins can now choose whether users land on the Homepage or the Hub when they log in to Thrive. The setting is available under Configure > Hub and applies platform-wide – all users in the organisation land on the selected page upon login. Hub must be active and enabled for the option to appear.

Campaigns: mobile banner upload

Admins can now upload a dedicated mobile banner (600 × 800px, 3:4 portrait ratio) when creating or editing a campaign. This is optional – existing campaigns are unaffected.

Audiences: content completion rules

Admins can now create audience rules based on whether users have completed specific content. Choose between Completed or Not completed, select one or more content items, and set a completion window – either at any time or since a specific date. Audience membership updates automatically within 24 hours as users meet or no longer meet the criteria. Rules can be combined with other audience rule types.

Spaces

Draft mode for Spaces pages

Edits to published Spaces pages are now saved as a draft rather than going live immediately. The published version remains visible to users until the draft is explicitly republished, giving admins and Space Owners the ability to work on updates iteratively and review changes before they go live.
