New Features and Enhancements

Pathways in the Insights Dashboards

We've added a new Pathways tab across the Insights Dashboards (Leadership, Content, and Team Progress), giving managers, leaders, and content creators unprecedented detail into learning pathways.

This enhancement allows different users to gain precise, actionable insights:

  • Track Granular Progress: Team Managers can see the specific status (complete/incomplete) for every content item in all assigned and personal pathways for your direct reports.

  • Clear Bottlenecks: This tab helps multiple personas identify and resolve blockages:

    • Team Managers can immediately spot tasks submitted by their team that are awaiting approval, making it faster to clear final steps and instantly mark learners as complete.

    • Content Managers can view drop-off points within a pathway to assess content quality and health, seeing exactly where learners are getting stuck.

    • Leaders can see which managers have the most tasks awaiting approval, enabling targeted action to quickly unblock the learning process organisation-wide.

  • View Comprehensive Status: Leaders and Content Managers can get a high-level overview of total outstanding items and overall team completion rates for all assigned pathways.

Other Enhancements

  • Thrive can now scan and surface content from .doc, .docx, .ppt, and .pptx files, making more of your documents discoverable through Search and our AI Assistant, Kiki. Newly uploaded documents in these formats will be scanned automatically, while existing ones will be processed only if they are updated or re-uploaded.

    Note:

For more information on what content types Kiki can process, see Supported Content Types.

  • You can now view your completed goals on the web platform, just like you can on the mobile app. You can also filter your goals to easily switch between active and completed items.

  • Your search results are now prioritised by language. Relevant content that matches your preferred language will appear higher in the list, making it easier to find what you need.

Mobile App

  • You can now add entries to your learning history from your phone. All entries, including those created on the web platform, are now visible in one place, making it easy to track your professional development on the go.

  • You can now comment on mixed content.

  • Auto-translations of mixed content are now available on the mobile app.

  • Goals section updated: The Goals section on the Learn page will now only appear when you have active or completed goals.

  • View full profile pictures: You can now touch a user's profile picture to view it in full size on their Profile page.
