Searches Dashboard and Reporting Updates

We are updating our reporting suite to enhance search analytics and improve consistency across dashboards.

Search Dashboard

Admins will now find the new Search Dashboard in the Insights area. This dashboard provides richer, anonymised data on learner search activity, including:

  • Zero-Result Searches: See where users are searching but not finding content, helping you identify content gaps.

  • Top Search Terms: View the most popular queries entered across the platform.

Note:

For more information, see Search Dashboard.

New Insight Tabs: Events and Attempts

We've introduced two powerful new tabs in Thrive Analyse to help you better track learning activities and measure knowledge retention:

  • Attempts tab: Dive deep into assessment results. You can now see the team's average score, analyse passed versus failed attempts across all content, and most importantly, identify team knowledge gaps by seeing which questions are being missed the most.

  • Events tab: Get clear visibility into your team’s engagement with scheduled learning. Track who is registering, attending, and completing events.

These new tabs give you the tools you need to quickly assess where your team needs support and validate the effectiveness of your learning content.

Deprecation of Platform Dashboard and Search Report

The Platform dashboard in Insights is being deprecated, including the legacy Search report. All legacy reports from this section are now consolidated.

Deprecation of Other Reports

As we invest heavily in Thrive Analyse, our next-generation reporting suite, we are retiring all legacy Thrive reports. This ensures all our energy goes into enhancing the new, embedded dashboards for a faster and more intuitive reporting experience.

The data you rely on is already available in the new dashboards. The transition will be phased to ensure zero gaps in information.

Note:

For a list of retired legacy Thrive reports and where you can find the corresponding information in Thrive Analyse, see Evolving Thrive Platform Reporting in Thrive Tribe.

Deprecation of Broadcast and Question Content Creation

We're retiring the option to create new Broadcast and Question content types from the Create screen. This change allows us to focus our development on higher-value features for you.

What you need to know:

  • New creation removed: You can’t create new Broadcasts or Questions in the Create screen.

  • Existing content: Any content already created will remain visible and functional for now.

  • Replacements:

    • For new questions, use the Content Creator and add the #question hashtag to achieve the same results.

    • New meeting functionality (like Microsoft Teams/Google Meet widgets) will replace Broadcasts later in 2025/2026.

Other Enhancements

  • The powerful AI-enhanced Content Creator, used to generate and edit multi-modal content, is no longer a beta feature and is now fully released and available to all users. (For more information, see Content Creator.)

  • To improve confidentiality, we've updated content sharing with a new default privacy feature. This means that when content is shared, the list of recipients (user names and audience information) is now restricted and only shown to Administrators, Learner Administrators, and relevant Audience Managers or Collaboration members.

  • The Team Progress Dashboard has been renamed the Team Dashboard.

  • Enhanced the visual design of the onboarding process.

Mobile App

We’ve updated the Profile page to align its visual design and layout with our modern platform standards.
