The Team Dashboard (formerly “Team Progress Dashboard”) provides line managers and administrators with actionable insights into their team's learning journey and performance. It offers a streamlined interface that brings critical data and analytics to the forefront, empowering managers to make informed decisions and drive team success.
This dashboard helps you easily track individual and team progress against assigned learning objectives, analyse customisable metrics tailored to your goals, and identify engagement trends to boost participation and effectiveness across your direct reports and indirect reports.

Analysing learning completions: Get an overview of all content completions (assigned and organic learning), including total counts, averages, trends, and segmentation by various criteria.
Monitoring badge achievements: Track total custom badges earned, averages, top earners, and trends, with data that can be segmented by various attributes.

The Team dashboard is accessible to administrators and any user who manages direct or indirect reports. Your direct and indirect reports are automatically included in your audience view in the dashboard.
The dashboard is organised into the following tabs to provide a comprehensive view of direct and indirect reports:
Tab | Details |
|---|
Assigned Learning | View the number of Team members with overdue learning and open learning (assigned learning that a team member has started, but has not yet finished). See a full list of Assigned Learning Progress for each team member, including assignment date, due date, status, and progress percentage for started content. Understand the overall open, overdue, and complete status of assigned learning across your team.
|
Completions | Access an overview of all content completions (assigned and organic learning). See the total # Completions, Average Completions per person, and Completions Trends. Use the Group by segmentation options at the top of the screen (for example, User Name, Position Title, Content Title, and Content Tag) to filter and analyse completion data from various perspectives. View charts detailing What percentage of completions are imported?, What day is the most popular for completing content?, and Which type of content has the most completions? to gain deeper insights into completion patterns and sources. View a detailed list of every team member and the content they have completed, along with completion dates.
|
Badges | Review the total # Badges earned by your team and the Average Badges per person. Identify top custom badge earners and observe who is earning the most badges on your team over time. Use the Group by segmentation options at the top of the screen to filter data by Badge Title, Audience Name, Manager Name, and Position Title. View a detailed list of every team member and the custom badges they have earned.
The Team Dashboard only tracks data for custom badges earned, not Thrive's standard Achievements badges. (For more information, see Badges.)
|
My People | View the total # Team Members under your remit (or the entire business if you are an administrator). See how many team members have been actively learning (logged an activity) this month. Check the average time spent learning per person (in minutes). Understand the percentage split between your direct and indirect reports. Monitor the status of your team members (for example, active or new) and their last login dates.
|
Pathways | View a granular breakdown of your team's assigned and personal pathways. See the completion status for every individual content item within a pathway (complete/incomplete). Identify Tasks Awaiting Approval for you as a manager, allowing you to quickly process outstanding items. Track high-level statistics like total Outstanding Content Items and overall team % Content Complete rates for assigned pathways.
|
Events | Easily see key metrics like the Total Registered, Total Attended, and Total Not Attended counts for events across the team. Review the Total Cancelled count and the Who is cancelling events? bar chart to identify employees who frequently cancel or specific events experiencing high team cancellations. Monitor the Total Waitlisted metric and review the Waitlist Detail table to see which team members are currently active on a waitlist and how long they have been waiting. Review charts like Monthly Event Status and Events by Status to gain insight into upcoming team commitments and attendance trends for better business cover planning. Use the Event Detail table to view the registration and attendance Status for every team member on every event, helping to follow up on non-attenders.
|
Attempts | Provides a quick summary of team activity, displaying the total number of Passed Attempts, Failed Attempts, and Incomplete Attempts, alongside the overall Average Score. Features a visual breakdown (bar chart) showing the proportion of passes, fails, and incompletes segmented by content title to highlight engagement and effectiveness for specific learning materials. Pinpoints team-wide weaknesses by detailing the top 10 questions with the highest percentage of incorrect answers, helping managers target specific training needs. Offers a drill-down view listing every attempt by User Name, Content Title, and Manager, including the score achieved and the specific success status (Passed, Failed).
